The Historical Fiction in prevalent in the Walker Of Time has extremely drastic effects on the Character and Setting. The Setting has to be in history for a book to be Historical Fiction. This is a HUGE effect on the Setting. The Setting in the Walker Of Time starts in the present but moves back 800 years. Historical Fiction also has affects on the Character. If a character has no importance in history or cant become part of history they cant be in a book with Historical Fiction.
